A friend if mine needed a vacuum belt that wasn't in stock. They had no problem ordering it for her. 3 weeks later it came in and it was the wrong one. Tried to return it and vacuum guy was very rude and told me " it is the right one and she will not get her money back..only store credit because he wasn't going to eat the cost if it". Now why would u want to have a store credit b if they treat u like this. Never ever will I shop at Roach Hardware AGAIN!!
