We had an excellent experience with Mastery Moving. We ended up having to change our move date from our home during their busiest time. They worked with us and got us scheduled and moved the actual date we needed. Very professional and kind movers. They introduced themselves, shook hands with us and our children and worked hard. Price was just right and we would recommend them to anyone looking for good movers.
Terrible experience. They estimated $400 after coming over and looking at all our belongings. On moving day they charged me $800. Terrible management. Didn't seem too concerned.
My experience with Mastery Moving was great. Jim came to my place and gave me a fair quote and stuck to it. One huge positive is that there was no deposit. His team came on time and quickly loaded/unloaded everything. Nothing was damaged or stolen which I worried about. I would recommend Mastery to anyone needing a mover in Topeka.
