I had a great experience from start to finish. Packers/Truck arrived on time and were professional and friendly. My belongings were delivered 3 days later 600 miles away and the service on that end was just as good! For my first professional move it was so easy and would use again!
I wasted two whole days and potentially a third because they didn't show up on the days or times they had said they would. Then when I called to have them come and pick up my debris they said (once again) that they'd be there on a particular day and they never showed up.
Gross negligence! Severely underestimated the amount of our household goods (4000 pounds under) did not order enough boxes for our move. Sent a truck that did not have enough space for our belongings. Damaged furniture before it left the first house. Never again accept this as your moving company!
DO NOT USE!!! We were supposed to have three days to pack and one day to load. This was over two weeks ago. They kept saying people were on their way but we would find out hours later that they were doing another job and would be here after that. Nobody showed the first day, one the second, and two came for two hours on the third day. One guy showed up on our load day and spent 11:30-8:30 packing the rest of our items. We have missed 3 load dates and have had to change move-out days with housing multiple times. It has been over two weeks and all of our household good items are still not loaded. We were supposed to be on the road today heading halfway across the country to our new home. This company will lie, lie, lie. Today is my first time ever writing a review for anything and I have written 2 for this company. This is how bad this company is! Please avoid using if you possibly can!
I don't believe anything these guys say. They stood me up twice and only showed up on the third occasion because I filed a complaint with the transportation office.
I could go on and on but these guys do terrible business. If you can please find someone else as your moving company and save yourself the frustration!
My experience was packers who bring weapons to your house and movers who break your stuff. I'd rather move my stuff 700 miles, one carload at a time, over using them again
