Inside only one person was answering the phone calls (there were many the short time we waited).
I called them up in a rush to get flowers for my wife for our anniversary. Being the day after valentine's day I didn't expect them to have much, but they did!!!! They a very sweet, friendly and energetic. Happy to meet your needs and you'll be smiling and/or laughing before you leave. You can tell they truly care about their customers and flowers. I'd recommend them to anyone over and over. Love it. Great price too.
So, for future patrons, please read and research your florists.
Ok, I don't care to rate company's due to adversity. I feel it's more in their staff than with the company itself.
We took a crystal vase in with hummingbirds on it and instead of using ribbons, they stuck the words to the crystal vase
A little too expensive for my taste. Friendly service
They used carnations that were withered at the tips, the roses were NOT white like we requested and the three lillies were smashed!!!
Then to take our order we were pretty detailed of what we wanted in flowers plus ribbons and what they should say on it.
Been using them for over 20 years. Always get beautiful flowers at inexpensive price . They make great arrangements and remember what I got it passed to put her favourites in.
Absolutely not worth the $75.00 that was charged....never in a million years would I have paid for such an ugly arrangement.
In saying that, I want to leave this little note for future patrons. We arrived early to the store so we could order a large boquet for our mothers memorial service. The employee was late opening the store. We ignored that since we can understand life happens.
Oh my, only if I could show a picture of what we picked up, ugh!
The flowers that people sent were absolutely gorgeous.....making ours look hideous.
Oh, and the one thing we also needed was ribbon(S) that said "Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother). You will be Shocked at what they did.
