So amazingly nice. I was looking for some live flowers for Mrs. Pressy and I only had about $15.00 to spend. I'd inquired about a bouquet I'd bought once before for $5.00. I learned about $5.00 Friday. The two gentlemen were kind enough to allow me the same deal, despite it being only Wednesday.
Walked in around 2:00 PM and could hear voices in the back but after 5 minutes of waiting, I left. No one ever came out.
We've used Porterfield's for endless occasions both personal and public for my entire adult life. I feel like a creep that I've never posted a review.

Porterfield's has always worked to be creative and artistic, and responsive to our needs. No shop can ever be perfect, but the few times there have ever been problems, they've fixed them, and they've always been willing to accommodate special needs.
$5 Friday flowers are a great way to start the weekend with your wife. A normal guy is going to feel pretty out of place... definitely not a manly space.
In addition, they have a whole store full of "decorative stuff" which, if you have the sort of house one decorates, is probably of the same quality as their floral work.
In any event, HIGHLY recommended.
