My moving truck was 3/4 full, the day of moving to the storage unit which I paid a deposit on a week ago, when I received a call from Frontier saying. "We are sorry we have rented your unit...we should have another one available Monday(2 more days)" I flipped a lid and was lucky enough to find a storage unit at AAA Storage off of 25th and Westport. I'd never recommend using their services.
Horrible experience with this facility. I paid my rent faithfully and when my movers brought my belongings to my new house many things were covered in mold and some things were wet. When I contacted them they denied any water problems in the units. Then assured me the owner would be informed and I would be contacted. That never happened and they stopped answering my calls. Didn't want to assume any responsibility. I learned shortly after that others had the same issues. I had to replace my mattress, leather sofa and recliner and spent many hours sanitizing other items. It was a disaster. I do not recommend this place for anyone.
Excellent for indoor storage of our big rig diesel pusher motorhome.
Great indoor storage building. We keep our fifth wheel camper and vehicle here. Our investment is safe, secure. the property is well kept. It's a bit out of the way but mostly highway drive to get there.
