I highly recommend this complex. My wife and I have put off purchasing a home for a couple more years because we enjoy ourselves here so much and get so much bang for our buck. There is not so much of a rush to get out of apartment living at this place.

Jodi, Tiffany, and Daniel make an excellent team working for Woodland Park at Soldier Creek. I moved my family from out of state and our apartment was not ready due to an unforeseen mold issue. Jodi was great in getting us a solution to where we could stay in another apartment until ours was ready. They even let us store our stuff in a garage on the property and later moved us in all at no charge. Daniel is a great maintenance supervisor and always is super helpful for our family. Tiffany always responds to all my emails really quickly. We have had nothing but a great experience in our past two months!

This is probably one of the nicest apartment complexes in not just the city, but the region; and a huge bang for your buck.
I live here. Washer and dryer. Built 2010? Its pretty new. Very new for north Topeka.
My wife and I moved out of this complex to Lawrence to be closer to my job. While there we discovered nothing in Lawrence would even come close to this; plus ended up being significantly more expensive for a lesser product. I decided I would rather have the longer commute time and live here as apposed to live closer but pay more money for less quality.
Recently purchased by Timberland.
