On Thursday afternoon, January 12, 2017, I took my old gold and diamond cross necklace to Anchor Gold Jewelers because the clasp on the gold chain had detached. This necklace is a treasure to me and holds much sentimental value and I rarely take it off. Guido warmly greater me and had a beautiful smile on his face when I entered the store. He looked at my necklace, saw what needed to be fixed, and in a few short minutes my necklace was as good as new! Guido then helped me out by putting the necklace back around my neck and making sure it was secure. Guido then, with a lovely smile and kindness in his heart told me that there would be no charge for the repair he made.
