He's been my agent since i could drive and 17 years later him and his staff have been exceptional. I'm usually tough on customer service and I've yet to have a reason to complain they go above and beyond to help as best they can.
Very rude. We were looking for a quote for home and auto and he spoke to us while behind his office door, shouting quotes to us and his secretary. Never even came out to speak to us. Then the secretary kept saying "no, no, no, you live in a mobile home. We don't do mobile homes. You live in a trailer and we don't do that." Really made us feel really low.
