Aaron was not great at setting up my furniture or bringing the actual stuff I bought from the store.
I was pressured into and I mean I said not today like 5times and finally I went ahead and did it. OK that's my bad. But then when it was delivered they didn't have all the pieces so they put it on a temporary frame. It was like that for at least almost. Mont I want to day I asked about putting off next payment and they said no because when u buy it it just helps buy it quicker. OK ell now that there picking it up I'm out that first month I didn't have all the pieces to my bed. Also ultimately they pieces were inside the headboard the entire time in a zippered area. Then when I ran into financial issues and eas out of state they thought I was avoiding them so immediately when I got back and they stopped by I talked to them. Well I told them I couldn't do anything till certain date. They continued to try to get a hold of me and I eventually quit answering because well I told them what I needed to do. Then they stopped by and set up date to pick up merchandise and I waited till the time they gave me was up and I went and did my errands. Apparently they showed up afterwards and then it was them stalking my house in unmarked vehicles and everything else. Then Saturday they came while I was gone and I had left music on with volume so they practically called my daughter and other people in house liar because they could hear music but I was out of town. And they pounded on my glass screen door for like 30min. Because my front door came open when they beat on it real hard. When they finally woke up and answered Aaron's told my daughter they were filing legal action Mondays and kicking our door in if i didn't call them by 5pm. There were a 12 yr old 15yr old and older woman that was there with kids while I as gone. They all heard it and my daughter has no reason to lie about something like that when I called my daughter in and asked her in front of them he said I don't know what happened there cuz I didn't say that and I was here but didn't confirm or deny it. I have previously rented and purchased a full bedroom set. Was always on time. And fully paid it off so I'm not just some customer that rips places off but they treated me like I was nothing and I will never use there services again. They are rude, mean, and pushy.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - We are a previous customer who has purchased from them as well. We were in there Saturday - waiting FOREVER for the girl who was suppose to be working with us. Have to fill out a new application even though we have been there - filled it out and WAITED - finally turned in the app, told her what we wanted and told them to let us know when we were approved - It's Thursday - I just called and she put our app in the "will return" basket so nobody has done anything with it. How do you conduct business this way? One star because no stars is not an option.
I normally don't do rent-to-own but I needed a washer and dryer quickly so I went on and shopped around and I ended up at Aaron's they were the cheapest prices on rent to own and if you pay for it quickly then you don't owe any interest in all the rest of those charges and I was able to do that so I really like it and the people are so very nice so with nice people best shop to own store prices just can't beat them they're great
