Our experience with Dr. Browning was sub par. My daughter complained of being in pain but this dentist insisted it was just pressure. Not five minutes after leaving the office, her mouth was no longer numb. He did not listen to our concerns about her pain and he did not seem to want to help her feel more comfortable. He seems to overbook patients and bounce around the office. After almost two hours in his office, my daughter still hadn't had most of the work done. Also, what was done was mainly completed by the dental assistant. I have never had an experience where a dentist began working on a patient and then left the room. He might have a friendly attitude but his practice would benefit from less socializing and better personal attention to his patients.

Dr. Browning is amazing! I took my 4 year old on a referal from our regular dentist because he needed to get two teeth pulled out and he had some difficulties with the anethesia. I am so glad we went to Dr. Browning, my son calls him the "fun dentist", he made the whole process so wonderful for my son, and he caught two cavities that the other dentist missed. The whole staff is also so friendly and helpful, the dental assitants and the receptionist were really great! They unfortunatly are not "in-network" for my insurance but the extra out of pocket cost was definetly worth it!! Dr. Browning even called me himself the next day to check on my son, this is by far the best experience I have ever had at any dental office!! Thank you Sunflower Smiles!!! I will definetly be bringing my other two children here as well even though its an hour drive for me. :)
