Got a good deal on 4 new tires. Staff was friendly. My only suggestion would be to offer the techs some coffee or soda and see f they could be a little quicker. Otherwise would have been 5 stars. Thanks guys.

They have been servicing two of my cars for 13 years. When I ask them to check something out they are not telling me it needs it every time. In fact, most of the time it's okay. When I get my oil changed, they are not giving me a list of stuff they say it needs. When they do tell me I need something, there's no pressure from them to do it. They just explain what they see. Only one time in 13 years did I have a come-back and they took care of it no problem.
Friendly, trust worthy. Do the work i ask for.
On 7/7/17, my wife took her Toyota in because of a rattle in the front end. They put it a sway bar kit at the cost of $196.57. It made absolutely no difference in the rattle. On 7/28, I took the car back and asked why we had been charged for something that had no effect on the problem. The mechanic put it on the lift and said the "strut had broken." He claimed the strut must have broke between the time he put in the sway bar kit and yesterday. He wanted another $1,065 to fix the rattle. I took it to another mechanic (not telling him of the story above). He said the struts had considerable wear and needed replaced, but no mention of anything being broken.
Moral to the story: When you take your car to these guys, they will find something to fix, but it may have nothing to do with your problem. Better yet, go somewhere else.
